Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% being adults (varies by location) An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults The willingness and ability to work on Fridays and Saturdays This Opportunity Provides: Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration What We Offer: A guaranteed daily rate of $900 during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections No lab fees Continuing education opportunities through the ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
