Location: Arlington, VAContract / Long-Term Programme U.S. Federal GovernmentRemember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.We are seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM Architect to support a large-scale Federal Government modernisation programme.This is an excellent opportunity for a PeopleSoft technical leader with strong HCM experience and a background in cloud migration, OCI and modernisation programmes.Key Responsibilities:Lead PeopleSoft HCM architecture and technical strategySupport the migration and modernisation of PeopleSoft environmentsDevelop architecture for OCI / Oracle Cloud solutionsDesign integration strategies between PeopleSoft and other enterprise platformsProvide technical leadership across HCM modernisation initiativesWork with business, functional and technical stakeholdersDefine technical standards, patterns and best practicesSupport solution design, documentation and implementationProvide architectural guidance to development teamsRequired Experience:10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experienceStrong PeopleSoft technical architecture background5+ years of PeopleSoft modernisation / transformation leadershipStrong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM xhyhwjd Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Strong integration and enterprise architecture experienceExperience supporting large-scale transformation programmesStrong stakeholder and communication skillsFederal Government experience highly desirableThis is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can combine deep PeopleSoft knowledge with modernisation and cloud architecture expertise
