Overview The Of Counsel/Partner attorney provides high-level legal expertise and strategic guidance to the firm’s attorneys and clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned lawyer with deep subject‑matter proficiency who contributes to complex matters while maintaining a flexible or specialized practice structure. This position supports business development, mentors junior team members, and upholds the firm’s commitment to exceptional legal service.
