Critical Care Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7 AM - 7 PM, with guaranteed 48 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Utilize advanced equipment and technology to monitor patient conditions.
• Perform procedures such as open heart recovery and bedside cardioversions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Kansas.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Must possess critical care experience.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to change.
• Advanced skills in neuro and trauma care are a plus.
