We are looking for a Patient Access Associate to support patient registration and communications at our healthcare facility. The role offers opportunities to collaborate across teams, learn, and grow. Key Responsibilities Utilize technology to support patient registration. Route written communications as appropriate. Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff in person, by telephone, and/or email using various communication technologies. Receive patients and visitors and handle general inquiries. Determine work priorities during assigned shifts. Assist associates with new procedures and duties. Perform other duties as assigned by the Patient Access Manager or Team Lead. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (experience considered). No prior experience required. Basic computer proficiency. Physical Demands & Work Environment Sitting and standing. Extended computer usage. Walking in a work environment. Well‑lit, climate‑controlled facility. Noise level – quiet. On‑site.
