• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapy home programs and functional improvement strategies
• Accurately documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care rehab setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and department priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
