HR and Benefits Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Support daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assist Benefits Supervisor with benefits enrollment, changes, and eligibility questions. Answer employee inquiries pertaining to medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental benefit programs. Partner with benefit supervisors and vendors to resolve employee inquiries and issues. Support Benefits Administration and Recruiting/Onboarding activities. Provide administrative support for Workday (HRIS) and ADP payroll processes. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Benefits Administration, Recruiting, and Payroll Support. Experience with Workday and ADP strongly preferred. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
