Residential Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks Residential Support Staff to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to adults in a group home or supportive housing setting. In this role, you will assist with daily living skills, personal care, and medication reminders while supporting individualized service plans that promote independence, dignity, and safety. You’ll build trusting relationships, engage residents in community integration and skill-building activities, and accurately document services. Working within a faith-inspired, inclusive culture, you’ll collaborate with clinical and case management teams, receive ongoing training, and make a direct impact on individuals and families across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
