Help Desk Analyst

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Support team supporting enterprise-wide data cleanup initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Help Desk Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries related to data cleanup and remediation efforts within the Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) system. Conduct targeted outreach to impacted users via email, Teams, and calls to facilitate remediation actions. Explain remediation requirements clearly, including removal of inappropriate access and sensitive data exposure. Track and document user responses, actions, and exceptions using ticketing or case management tools. Perform initial triage and classify issues, escalating complex cases to cybersecurity or advanced support teams as needed. What's Needed? 0-3 years of experience in Help Desk, IT support, or customer-facing technical support roles. Basic understanding of Active Directory concepts, file shares, and permissions. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Experience working with ticketing systems or case management tools.
