Senior Director, Business Development, Immunology Acquisitions

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director to lead immunology-focused mergers and acquisitions for its Innovative Medicine division. The role involves serving as the therapeutic area expert, identifying and executing strategic M&A targets, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as immunology M&A landscape expert and guide strategic acquisition target identification
• Lead M&A evaluation and execution from deal initiation through integration completion
• Develop and present compelling acquisition assessments and recommendations to senior leadership
• Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate, filter, and prioritize immunology opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional and external teams to maintain robust market insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience required
• M&A and/or licensing experience preferred
• Business analytics experience preferred
• Finance and/or commercial background preferred
• Exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills

Compensation: $178,000 - $307,050
