Senior Business Coordinator - Visiting Education

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two (2) years of office-related experience. Experience with customer service to meet quality and satisfaction goals. Job Summary To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management and/or staff activities within a Process/Department. Ability to think & act on own initiative in providing process management of financial, human resource, and administrative support functions. Job Duties Coordinate with internal departments to ensure programs are registered accurately and fully. Review program activities to ensure alignment with Visiting Education guidelines and UTMB policies/regulations. Schedule and organize pre-visit meetings or calls to discuss program specifics. Manage the registration process for visitors, including collecting necessary information and documentation, per the hosting department’s needs. Ensure compliance with UTMB policies and procedures for visitor access. Collect feedback from visitors and internal departments to assess the program's success. And analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Maintain accurate records of all program participants and activities. Ensure programs are established with the channels to market the program to potential participants. Provide training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure programs are adjusted accordingly. Salary Range Commensurate with experience.
