Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. Resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems. Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists. Maintain and update records and tracking databases. Alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. Qualifications Help Desk Technician IV – HS diploma + 1 year of experience (years of experience can count in place of education, and education can count in place of years of experience in some cases). Security+ CE.

PWS 9.1 (ITIL, A+, HDI-CSR, MS 365).

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $24.52 - $33.18. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
