- MD or DO with active Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility).
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist
- Must have DEA Certificate
- Experience in both adult and child psychiatry
- Enthusiasm for program development and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
- Provide high-quality psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults and adolescents who experience mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, nurses, peer specialist, and crisis staff
- Help shape clinical workflows, best practices, and innovative approaches within this first of its kind program
- Serve as a clinical leader and resource for nursing and behavioral health staff.
- Contribute to a culture that values compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
