Service Coordinator VP Coffee, a Smart Care Equipment Solutions company, is a fast-growing nationwide service company specializing in coffee and espresso technology. We are currently seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to provide support to field personnel and deliver best-in-class customer support for national and local clients. Candidates need experience in dispatch/routing, possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Facilitate coffee equipment repair for national clients such as Franke, Schaerer, McDonalds, Dunkin, and moreMonitor service calls and technicians for an assigned geographical region to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are metWork hands-on with field supervisors to ensure service calls are dispatched properly and efficientlyProvide support to field technicians and service agents work order management, facilitate technical support, etcCommunicate professionally with client management and store partners to ensure all service requirements are metProcess customer service requests and inquiries via phone and emailRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent2-4 years' proven experience in a dispatch or service coordinator role is requiredAbility to work in a rapidly changing environment, both independently and as a teamExcellent verbal & written communication and professional customer service skills are a mustStrong time management and multitasking skillsMust be reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendanceProficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new software platformsAbout Smart Care Equipment Solutions:Join the industry's largest independent service company specializing in preventive and round-the-clock service, repairs and parts for commercial cooking, refrigeration and warewashing equipment.
