Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Candidates must be proficient in adult and pediatric emergency procedures, with the ability to manage complex clinical situations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement care for emergency patients in adult and pediatric populations.
• Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias, and administer appropriate interventions.
• Manage arterial lines, central lines, blood products, and IVs, including starting and maintaining IV access.
• Administer IV sedation, vasopressors, and procedural sedation with safety and precision.
• Document patient care and collaborate with medical team to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements prior to start.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid NJ state license and certifications including ACLS, BLS, and PALS, all in hand at submission.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of ER nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in adult and pediatric emergency care procedures.
• Be able to interpret and manage dysrhythmias efficiently.
• Capable of managing arterial lines, blood products, and IV therapy.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and within a 50-mile radius.
