What You’ll Do Advise clients on complex commercial finance transactions, including syndicated and portfolio deals Structure, draft, and negotiate loan and credit agreements across a variety of financing arrangements Work closely with lenders, borrowers, and investors on deal execution from inception through closing Analyze and apply Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy considerations across all stages of transactions Support and advise on workouts, restructurings, and special situations (where applicable) Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on multi‑layered transactions, including those involving M&A and private equity components Why This Opportunity Stands Out This role offers a strong mix of deal responsibility, client exposure, and mentorship within a collaborative, nationally recognized platform.
