Shirley Parsons has partnered with a leading manufacturing firm to support the strategic addition of an EHS Manager to its organization. This person will oversee safety and environmental initiatives across all operations. Build a strong culture of safety, ensuring adherence to regulations, and working cross-functionally to minimize risk and elevate performance. The Role Deliver safety training, onboard new employees, and lead weekly toolbox meetings. Manage critical safety initiatives such as LOTO, PPE, confined space entry, and hazard communication. Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Monitor near misses, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement efforts. The Candidate BS in Health and Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or related field is a plus. 2-5 years of EHS experience within the manufacturing industry. Experience leading safety training and influencing teams on the floor. Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate with every level of an organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shirley Parsons
