Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess functional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, document progress, and support safe discharge planning in a nurturing, high-quality care environment with strong career growth potential.
