Project Coordinator, Construction

JLL is a global real estate firm seeking a Project Coordinator to support project teams in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for effective communication and execution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and provide regular updates. Conduct research and analysis to support decision‑making and identify risks and opportunities. Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring all materials and logistics are in place. Assist in procurement and management of project resources, such as equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Troubleshoot and resolve issues or conflicts, demonstrating a solution‑oriented mindset. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role within the real‑estate industry. Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams. Proficiency with project‑management software (e.g., MSProject). Solid understanding of project‑management principles and methodologies. Attention to detail and analytical mindset, with proactive issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a multinational environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and creative thinking to overcome challenges.
