What You'll Do as Restaurant Server Service Excellence: Provide the finest quality of service in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. Dining Area Maintenance: Prepare and consistently maintain the dining area and supplies to ensure a guest-ready atmosphere. Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and maintain Prominence Hospitality's standards for quality service. POS System & Cash Handling: Utilize a POS system confidently and balance a cash drawer accurately. Team Collaboration: Attend mandatory meetings and hotel functions; coordinate with the function group leader to finalize service arrangements. Positive Energy: Bring a fun, energetic spirit to the team as we work hard and have fun together! What You'll Bring Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a passion for guest satisfaction. Experience: Bartending experience or strong alcohol knowledge is a plus. Skills: Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines; excellent communication in English (bilingual a plus). Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet hotel demands.
