Guest Services ConciergeWe are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and customer-focused Guest Services Concierge to join our team! If you enjoy working with seniors and creating a welcoming environment for residents and their families, we'd love to hear from you. Currently hiring PT morning shift.Key Responsibilities:Welcome residents, visitors, and family members with a warm and professional attitude.Assist with serving meals to residents.Answer calls from residents and their family members promptly and courteously.Prepare resident rooms for new admissions.Help ensure the comfort, satisfaction, and overall positive experience of residents and guests.Provide excellent customer service while supporting the care team as needed.Compensation: $17-$18/ hour and determined based on your experience.Schedule:Part-TimeEvery Friday, Saturday & SundayQualifications:1–2 years of customer service experience required.Experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.Must be available to work every WeekendsBilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.About Us:Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
