Forklift Equipment Operator Lead

Summary Responsible for controlling warehouse equipment that requires training and certification in a stand‑up forklift or electric pallet jack. Position is full time and on‑site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Move levers and press pedals to drive a truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. Position forks, lifting platform, or other lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials; tow trucks to trailer hitches and transport loads to designated areas. Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device. Inventory materials on the work floor and supply workers with materials as needed. Weigh materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules. Load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices. Lubricate trucks, recharge batteries, fill fuel tanks, or replace liquefied gas tanks. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; 0‑1 year related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to operate a forklift.
