Eligibility Specialist Customer Service Representative

Maximus

Handle high-volume inbound calls from applicants and recipients of Medicaid, SNAP and TANF. Answer questions, resolve service issues, explain eligibility requirements, process applications and update cases in the state eligibility system while applying program rules and documenting interactions.
