Dispatcher Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Key Duties: Assign loads based on driver availability, equipment, location, delivery deadlines, and hours-of-service status. Communicate pickup, delivery, routing, and customer requirements. Track shipments, driver progress, and estimated arrival times. Provide updates to customers and internal teams. Resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and route changes. Maintain dispatch records and shipping documentation. Deliver strong customer service and resolve service-related concerns.

Dispatcher Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with drivers, customers, brokers, and internal staff.
• Ability to type quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced dispatch environment.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records.
• Dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, data-entry or related experience preferred.
