Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with financing and insurance options
• Present and explain F&I products and services
• Maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies
• Train and Lead Sales professionals on F & I Products and presentation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance, and compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
