Typical Daily Duties:

Oversee all night shift production activities and ensure production goals are met Lead, train, coach, and support production employees while promoting a strong safety culture Schedule personnel, complete weekly payroll submissions, and monitor employee performance Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and housekeeping expectations Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction Collaborate with management to resolve operational challenges and improve processes

What We're Looking For:

Prior manufacturing experience required Supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting Experience with employee scheduling and payroll administration Knowledge of production, quality, and workplace safety standards Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees Availability to work night shift and flexible hours as needed
