Description

The RN Charge Nurse – Perioperative is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the surgical/perioperative unit. This role combines direct patient care with leadership duties, ensuring safe, efficient surgical services and adherence to clinical standards. The Charge Nurse coordinates staff, manages workflow, and supports surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the healthcare team.

Requirements

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE: Minimum:
* One-year current Perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience.

Desired:
* Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
* Two years or more Critical Care experience. LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
* Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing. * Current CPR * Current ACLS   Desired:
