Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2239.64 Opportunity: RN NICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule • No on-call responsibilities • Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 (rare) • Level II-III NICU experience required; Level III-IV experience preferred • Work with equipment including HFOV, central lines, conventional vents, CPAP, NIPPV, and ostomy care • Use EMR systems CPN and Meditech • Perform procedures including surgery (except heads/hearts), respiratory support, and micro-preemie care • Float to nursery as needed • Required certifications: BLS, NRP • Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs • Teamwork-oriented personality a strong fit for this unit Facility: This facility features a 41-bed NICU unit staffed with a team of 60 professionals, including a charge nurse and 9 RNs on both day and night shifts. The unit is equipped with advanced medical technology and supports a wide range of neonatal care needs from Level II through Level IV, providing comprehensive care for premature and critically ill newborns in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
