Work Environment\nThis role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while working within an outpatient framework that emphasizes individualized care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists through telecommunication platforms and occasional in-person meetings to provide comprehensive support for clients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients with a variety of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessment findings, and treatment progress in compliance with both clinic standards and regulatory requirements. \n
- Engage in ongoing evaluation of treatment efficacy, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes. \n
- Coordinate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including referrals to community resources and crisis intervention when necessary. \n
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and establish connections with healthcare providers to enhance collaborative care efforts. \n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse array of clients from different backgrounds, experiencing unique challenges. Your therapeutic interventions will cater to individuals and families experiencing mental health issues, relational difficulties, and personal growth objectives. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing their coping strategies and promoting a healthier psychosocial environment.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current and active Maryland LMFT license, or eligible for licensure in Maryland. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in outpatient settings, demonstrating a proven ability to support clients effectively. \n
- Strong proficiency in employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy. \n
- Competent in establishing rapport with clients and families, fostering a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment. \n
- Efficient in managing caseloads while ensuring timely and accurate documentation. \n
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and telehealth delivery is preferred. \n
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply but not required. \n

- Background in participating in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with external resources. \n

Key Well Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
