We are woman-owned physical therapy and wellness practice in NW Portland, and we're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to practice differently.

Everything about us is built to feel different, starting the moment you walk through our doors. Visits here are a full 60 minutes , one-on-one, because real care takes real time . The space matches that philosophy: bright, open, and warmly designed rather than clinical, with a large gym, a separate yoga/pilates studio, and treatment rooms that feel more like a retreat than a hospital hallway.

We believe healing happens through relationship , so our philosophy is to build community with every patient and every provider who walks through our doors. When people walk in the door, they actually enjoy being here . That's how we get people healthy and keep them healthy.

None of that is possible without providers who are genuinely taken care of themselves. So we start there: real autonomy over your schedule, a true work-life balance , and a team that has your back so you can focus on your patients instead of everything around them.

This role can start part-time and grow into full-time as your caseload builds, on your own timeline (we do have particular need for Mondays and Fridays right now, if that fits your life). We're on NW 23rd Ave, easy to reach from any direction , whether you're coming by car, bus, streetcar, bike, or on foot over the bridge.

What we'll take care of, so you don't have to:

• Scheduling and appointment booking
• Billing and collections (we keep this tight, with an average A/R of just 24 days)
• A true team, working alongside acupuncture, massage, physiology and movement specialists
• A clean, bright space with a gentle, biophilic design
• A fully loaded, open-concept gym and a separate, bright yoga/pilates studio
• Large, bright treatment rooms that are yours to work in - you never have to treat a patient out in the open.
• Full 60-minute patient visits, every time
• A shared commitment to the highest standard of care, for patients and providers alike

What we hope you'll bring:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license in good standing
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• All specialties welcome to apply
• A warm reputation and following in the Portland community is ideal
• A steady, career-minded spirit, ready to be your own boss
• Availability on Mondays and/or Fridays is currently a high need
• A willingness to nurture your own reputation and referral relationships
• Genuine care in how you treat both patients and colleagues

Compensation:

• Percentage-based pay structure (contract/1099 position) $75-$100 per patient
• Autonomy over schedule
• All the freedom that comes with being self-employed. It's a lot, and we'll walk beside you through it.
