Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Phoenix, AZ

Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP state licensure or ability to obtain before start date ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress Pediatric and school-based SLP experience encouraged Comfort working with a diverse caseload of K-12 students Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not a requirement Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Primary Responsibilities: Conduct evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech, language, and communication needs Deliver direct therapy services, in person at least 2 days a week (with preference for up to 4 days on-site) Engage in virtual/remote therapy as part of a hybrid schedule Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals to develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports Advocate for student success and support inclusive classroom participation This role offers the chance to balance on-site collaboration with the convenience of remote work.
