Are you a night owl and a genuine people person with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Our night auditor role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people and has a knack for numbers in basic reporting.

This is an overnight position, with hours similar to 9:30 pm-7:30 am, three to four nights a week. This schedule will regularly include every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.

We’re looking for someone as good with numbers as they are with people, ready to create a welcoming environment no matter the hour. You'll manage the overnight operations, balance accounts, and provide exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression. We provide the training, tools, and coworkers to help you succeed in individual and team goals.

Compensation:

$18 - $20.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel's nightly operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff alike.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

• Assist in processing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.

• Balance daily financial transactions, preparing accurate reports for management review.

• Maintain a welcoming, secure, and clean environment, conducting regular property checks throughout the night.

• Collaborate and communicate with the front desk team to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

• Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor, or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred.

• Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours.
