Our Subject Matter Experts offer decades of experience working in the federal marketplace and the data visualization environment.The Quality Control (QC) Technician will support a large government agency and is responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes, testing products, and recording and analyzing results gathered during development and production in the organization.ResponsibilitiesCarry out inspections to meet the standards set by the organizationFocus on corrective actions to make sure the products meet specificationsMaintain all documentation for the purpose of auditingWork with the Quality Control Supervisor regarding specific information related to product information and productionConstant updating of job knowledge by reading specific information related to product information and productionFind solutions to customers' complaints and feedbackWrite reports and submit them to the quality control managerAssist in checking and updating quality control policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required 6+ months of relevant experience is preferredBackground checkSuccessfully pass background and drug screeningKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Visual Basic programming and macro generationMust be able to produce a customized report utilizing data available from integrated computer systems in CSV, txt, and XML formatsExcellent interpersonal and good communication skills, including the ability to teach and explain methodologiesHow you'll growAt Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their careers to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
