Inside Sales Engineer

As a remote Inside Sales Engineer, the candidate will receive on-the-job training while collaborating with Field and Sales Engineering teams to drive regional revenue goals by providing technical leadership, developing integrated technology solutions, and supporting pre-sales activities for mid-market and small business customers in the North East. Key responsibilities Provide technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff in developing integrated technology solutions Assist in the analysis, design, and development of technology solutions while serving as a trusted technology advisor Lead technical sales calls and make presentations to customers and channel partners' technical staff Required qualifications 1-5 years of sales engineering experience in a software or data center environment Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience working with CxO level personnel to address business challenges with technology solutions Strong work ethic and a driven, resourceful attitude
