In this role, you’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to manage implementations, deliver high-quality solutions on time, and ensure best-in-class execution. As a Technical Program Manager at Koddi, you'll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that help our partners scale their onsite monetization programs. You’ll be responsible for solving business and technical challenges, driving results, and maintaining a strong customer experience throughout the integration process.What You'll DoPartner with the program management team to lead client programs, including feature development, testing, and integrationWork hands-on with customers to share implementation best practices and drive technical successDesign the ideal product setup and create integration plans tailored to each clientTest, troubleshoot, and support client implementations, providing technical guidance and feedbackReview and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous optimizationCollaborate across product, client strategy, and engineering teams to develop tools and solutions for our publisher partnersProvide technical support and guidance to resolve customer-specific challengesWork closely with internal teams to support the successful launch of new products and featuresWhat You'll Bring5+ years of experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or customer-facing technical rolesProven success supporting or selling data and analytics solutions to enterprise customersExperience identifying stakeholders, aligning on business value, and navigating complex sales or integration cyclesStrong presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiencesAbility to coordinate across business functions to deliver high-impact solutionsSkilled at translating business needs into actionable product and service offeringsHands-on experience with SQL and REST APIsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailSelf-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with Tableau is a plusExcited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
