Front Desk Associate

We’re looking for outgoing, energetic team planers to welcome members, answer questions, and deliver the ultimate fitness experience. As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll set the tone for every visit - creating a friendly, professional, and motivating environment from the moment someone walks in. What You’ll Do Greet and check in members, guests, and visitors. Handle calls, questions, and transactions with a smile. Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized. Support club programs and member engagement. What We're Looking For Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills. Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Interest in building a career in fitness—future opportunities as a Personal Trainer, Membership Manager, and more. Basic computer and cash-handling skills. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
