Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
- Manage daily bookkeeping and general accounting activities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Support invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
- Assist with month-end accounting tasks
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or an accounting support role
- Experience with AP/AR and reconciliations
- Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
