State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Serving as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies, the full-time hourly State Licensed Pharmacy Technician will provide accurate support on prescription benefits, refill requests, and claims processing in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Guide and educate callers on prescription benefits, formulary coverage, and claim inquiries Assist network pharmacies with processing prescription claims and conducting prior authorization checks Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification required (PTCB or NHA) 1 to 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a health plan, retail pharmacy, or PBM contact center Working knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and PBM terminology Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
