Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of the design process, from early concept and schematic design through design development. Craft compelling design narratives, presentation materials, 3D models, and graphic storytelling that bring project vision to life. Guide project teams in evaluating design solutions that balance creativity with client goals, budget, schedule, site conditions, and code requirements. Facilitate design reviews, workshops, charrettes, and client presentations, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Mentor junior designers and coordinate closely with consultants, project leadership, and stakeholders to ensure design quality and project success. Skills & Experience Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field. 10+ years of architectural design experience, backed by a strong portfolio of complex project work. Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper; Revit experience required. Solid understanding of building systems, materials, construction methodologies, zoning, and building codes. Licensed Architect preferred, with LEED accreditation or a commitment to obtaining it shortly after hire.
