Miller Transportation Group is immediately hiring a Shop Administrator for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Worcester, MA . With over 100 years of experience and upwards of 8,000 trucks on the road, Miller currently operates over 40 Diesel Maintenance shops throughout KY, MD, PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, and NH. You Will: Process parts invoices to inventory and work order Follow up with vendors on service repairs and process invoice Ensure parts are available for scheduled work, assist to find available parts Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work Assist Warranty Department as needed Coordinate with AP and AR as necessary Produce reports for shops and customers Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor You Have: 2 years of customer service experience, preferred At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience, preferred At least 2 years of service department administration, preferred The employee will be required to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by management Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to work: Monday - Friday from 9:30 AM until 6:00 PM We Have: Competitive compensation: $25 - 32 Per Hour Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance with HRA, HSA, and FSA options 401(k) with a company provided match Employee Discounts and an Employee Assistance Program Miller Transportation Group consists of Truck Leasing and Rental operations, Automotive Dealerships, and Dedicated Services.
