Sr. Executive Admin. Analyst, AT Quality

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Executive Administrative Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Advanced Therapies Quality and leadership team. The hybrid role manages executive calendars, coordinates global meetings and events, handles financial administration, and drives organizational effectiveness across the Advanced Therapies Quality function.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to VP of Advanced Therapies Quality including calendar, travel, and meeting coordination
• Manage expense reporting, invoicing, purchase orders, and procurement using company systems
• Coordinate logistics for domestic and international leadership meetings, events, and off-site sessions
• Maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, and decision logs to ensure accountability and timely deliverable closure
• Support development of annual operating calendar and governance cadence for leadership team

Requirements

• Proven experience in executive administrative support or similar role
• Expertise managing complex global calendars and international travel logistics
• Proficiency with enterprise systems such as Ariba, Concur, and collaboration platforms
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level interactions
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally
