Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide virtual patient care in support of an addiction rehabilitation facility contract serving the Nashville, TN area. The FNP will conduct telehealth evaluations, medication management, follow-up visits, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with substance use disorders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive virtual medical assessments and follow-up care.
• Manage medications and treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based practices.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in an on-call rotation one weekend per month.

Qualifications:

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
• DEA registration (or eligibility) and prescriptive authority.
• Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or primary care preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telehealth platforms.
