Job Title: IT Healthcare Consultant - Project Manager Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities Oversee MMIS, Encounter Processing System, and supporting system operations. Manage vendors and monitor service level agreements. Oversee incident, issue, and escalation management. Lead release management, stakeholder communication, readiness checks, and post-implementation monitoring. Develop process flows, desk aides, and Standard Operating Procedures. Manage team workload and provide guidance and training. Ensure compliance with security requirements and approval processes. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field. 3+ years of experience managing system operations or administrative program functions in a healthcare environment. 5+ years of project/program management experience managing system implementations or enhancements. --> 5+ years of project/program management experience managing system implementations or enhancements. Ability to provide incident management on call and after hours. Preferred Skills Experience managing Medicaid Enterprise systems. Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and MMIS concepts.
