Physician Opportunity With MedCap Health

MedCap Health is hiring multiple Physicians to lead talented healthcare specialists and nursing staff in the long-term care facilities. If you love the thrill of hospital medicine but would prefer a position with more flexibility and growth potential, you could be who we're looking for!

You'll join us on a contracted (1099), full-time basis, earning $250,000 - $500,000 per year for the length of your contract. We value your medical abilities and will invest in your development and well-being by offering the following:

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

YOUR DAY

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience would be preferred
