Fleet Mechanic

Desired Skills & Experience Must have 2 years minimum experience in work related to preventative maintenance and services. Structures has a constant need for keeping our fleet up and running efficiently. Experience is required in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, fuel, and electrical systems on gas and diesel powered trucks as well as heavy construction equipment and small tools. CDL with excellent MVR is preferred to help in delivering equipment to projects. Operation of mobile service truck to and from various jobsites will be required. Ability to operate and work around heavy construction equipment (all-terrain forklifts, skid steers, backhoes, etc.) is required. Must have ability to maintain a “can do” attitude and ability to work with all team members in a fast-paced environment. A pre-employment background and drug screen is required. Must provide own tools. Room for growth. Physical Demands Stoop, bend, crouch, reach, kneel and climb frequently Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. Frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
