Join our team at Mountain Park, dedicated to providing the highest quality of memory care in Clackamas County, OR. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful connections, provide compassionate support, and help residents live each day with dignity and joy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.

• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.

• Monitor residents' comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.

• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.

• Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.

• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
