Associate Producer

We’re looking for an Associate Producer to work closely with our SVP and Creative Director on the delivery of 360 campaigns for entertainment clients across AV, print and digital/social. The role is central to keeping projects on track, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, meet the brief and fulfill client requirements. Day to day, you will coordinate a full creative team of editors, motion graphics artists, music teams, art directors, designers, production artists and social content specialists, ensuring everyone is briefed, aligned and working to schedule. The work is varied, spanning trailers, key art and print, and social content, often within a single campaign. Responsibilities range from preparing creative briefs and client quotes to coordinating editorial, motion graphics, music, design and social teams, reviewing assets against legal and first-party guidelines, and leading client meetings to set objectives and review progress. You will also manage budgets, invoicing and forecasting across your accounts, plan ahead for upcoming release dates, and support the Creative Director in developing new business through your industry relationships. The role is based in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, on a hybrid schedule. It is a fast-paced, collaborative environment shaped by fixed release dates, well suited to someone who is highly organized, adept at managing multiple projects at once, and able to work flexible hours to meet client needs. Responsibility areas Working closely with the SVP and Creative Director, manage the day-to-day running of 360 projects across AV, print and digital/social, including creative development, production, budgets, deadlines, deliverables and internal billing, and oversee creative briefs, client quotes and timelines to meet internal deadlines and creative objectives Collaborate with editors, motion graphics and music teams, art directors, designers, production artists and social content specialists to develop the work, then partner with the Creative Director, SVP and project leads to refine it to a client-ready standard, ensuring all assets meet the brief and comply with legal and first-party guidelines Build and strengthen client relationships through day-to-day communication, regular meetings, quotes and project updates, and work with the Creative Director to align creative with client objectives, provide support on creative challenges and develop new business through your industry relationships Manage invoicing, budget tracking and forecasting for client accounts, maintain visibility of upcoming release dates and marketing opportunities, and keep teams aligned using Asana for project tracking and Box for asset management The person 3+ years of AV experience in trailer and/or broadcast creative, with essential knowledge of film production, offline and online editorial, print/design and print production processes, and the associated technical specifications and terminology. Experience across AV, key art, digital/print advertising and social is preferred, along with a working knowledge of digital and social specifications and formats Highly organized and experienced in fast-paced, collaborative agency environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, internal schedules and agency resource hours concurrently. Experience at an entertainment agency or comparable organization is preferred A deep knowledge of and passion for entertainment, combining strong creative opinions with a collaborative approach.
