Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador with Product Connections, you'll represent some of today's leading brands inside Sam's Club. In this customer-facing role, you'll create memorable member experiences through our greet, tell, sell approach by proactively engaging members, sharing product knowledge, delivering product demonstrations, and influencing trial and purchase decisions through meaningful conversations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer engagement, retail, sales, event marketing, food service, hospitality, or brand representation.

Proactively greet and engage Sam's Club members to create a positive shopping experience.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and educate members on product features, benefits, and value.

Use consultative selling techniques to encourage product trial, consideration, and purchase decisions.

Represent leading brands and Product Connections with professionalism, enthusiasm, and credibility.

Set up, execute, and maintain demonstration events in accordance with company, client, safety, and presentation standards.

Complete required reporting and documentation while building positive relationships with store associates and leadership.

Ability to build rapport and engage shoppers in meaningful conversations

Comfortable presenting products and influencing purchasing decisions

Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

Ability to represent brands professionally and deliver a great member experience

High school diploma or GED preferred

Customer service, retail, food service, hospitality, sales, event marketing, or brand ambassador experience is a plus

Basic computer and mobile technology skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

Stand for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts

Lift, carry, and move products, supplies, and display materials

Bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform light physical activity throughout the day
