Atria Health has a partnership with AMS Cardiology, a leading cardiology practice in the Horsham, PA area. Atria Health and AMS Cardiology launched a Vascular Surgery program in Horsham in May of 2026. This location offers state-of-the-art technology and service quality to patients at a location which is convenient and cost efficient. This location will include a vascular imaging program to quickly and accurately identify patients who are at-risk of vein and arterial leg issues. Requirements Job Summary: The Vascular US Tech part‑time position will be a non-exempt hourly position based in Horsham PA. The Vascular US Technologist will report directly to the Clinic Practice Manager. PositionSummary We are seeking a credentialed Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to perform non-invasive vascular studies in our outpatient clinic. This role is dedicated primarily to lower extremity venous and arterial duplex imaging, along with physiologic testing including ankle‑brachial and toe‑brachial indices (ABI/TBI). The technologist works alongside our physicians and clinical staff to produce complete, diagnostic-quality studies with accurate preliminary findings that support same‑visit clinical decision‑making. This is a fully on‑site position with a predictable weekday schedule and no call or weekend coverage. Qualifications Required Graduate of a CAAHEP- or equivalently accredited diagnostic medical sonography or vascular technology program, or equivalent documented clinical training pathway. Active credential as RVT (ARDMS), RVS (CCI), or RDMS (ARDMS) in good standing. Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on vascular scanning experience, with demonstrated competency in lower extremity venous duplex and DVT rule‑out protocols. Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start). Working knowledge of lower extremity vascular anatomy, hemodynamics, and diagnostic criteria for venous thrombosis, venous reflux, and peripheral arterial disease. Proficiency with ultrasound systems, PACS, and electronic health records. Preferred RVT or RVS credential strongly preferred; qualified candidates holding RDMS with substantive vascular experience will be considered, with the expectation of obtaining a vascular credential within a mutually agreed timeframe. Experience in an outpatient vein or vascular practice, including reflux mapping and ablation follow‑up. Experience performing ABI/TBI and segmental pressure studies independently. Familiarity with IAC Vascular Testing accreditation requirements. Bilingual [Spanish/other] language skills. ECW and PICOM experience preferred. Physical Requirements & Work Environment On‑site outpatient clinic; standard weekday hours with no call or weekend rotation. Prolonged standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Sustained fine motor control and repetitive arm/shoulder motion during scanning, including sustained transducer pressure and shoulder abduction. Ability to position, transfer, and assist patients with limited mobility; must be able to lift, push, or pull up to [35–50] pounds with assistance as needed. Ability to move and operate portable ultrasound equipment between exam rooms. Work in dimly lit exam rooms; visual acuity sufficient to evaluate image quality and detail.
