Drive Studio milestones, deliverables, timing, and issue resolution from concept through production readiness.Co-lead Appearance Approval Forum meetings and key Studio milestone reviews. Lead the Color Harmony and Appearance Approval Report processes.Lead or support development of Color & Material Product Direction Letters, including features, options, and color and material content, in partnership with Marketing, Planning, Engineering, and Finance.Drive cross-functional resolution of Studio feasibility, appearance, and content issues. Lead through influence across multiple organizations.Communicate clear program status, risks, recommendations, and recovery actions to leadership. Support milestone papers, program assumptions, and program health reporting.
